Tammy and Ellie!

**In January 2008, I decided both girls needed a bigger, better home with the

Chicago Herpetological Society.

I miss them but I know they are happier! 
 

Tammy is a three toed box turtle I adopted when I taught science! She`s at least 17 years old.

Ellie is also a three toed box turtle; I bought her in 2005 because she was so cute. She`s the baby!

Here is a rare time Tammy discovered another turtle lives at "her" house. Because of their size difference I keep them separated.
