Attention Mavericks!  The Annual District Math competition is on Pi Day - Tuesday March 14th.  Join other 6th, 7th and 8th graders from all 5 junior highs in both a team and individual math competition.  Let's bring back our Trophy!!  Today is the last day to turn in your sign up form.

Last night the 8th grade girls took on Thompson for the conference Championship. We started off playing really well and went up 8 to 2. But they were able to cut that lead right before halftime by 4. After halftime it was a close game to the last 3 minutes of the 4th quarter when we took the lead by 10 and held on to win so we are now the 8th grade conference Champs. Leading scorers were Emerson with 21 points, Avea with 10 points, Paige and Lizzie with Five Points, and Macy with a big three. Congratulations and awesome season ladies!!!

Attention all 7th and 8th graders: There will be a brief informational meeting this Friday, March 17th during student support time for those interested in joining track.  Please go to the gym after the pledge to attend.  If you have questions, see a track coach: Mr. Zaininger, Mrs. Vihnanek, Mr. Brown, and Mr. Shields.
