Students:Today’s SST focus is Second Step.  Your classes will be working through SEL lessons provided by your teachers. 

Mav's: Course selection is open in Tyler! Remember, you must select enough electives to fill two class periods each semester. If you have questions, please refer back to the Course Selection presentation in your Student Services google classroom. If you cannot find an answer there, please email your counselor. This must be done by this Friday, January 20th when the window closes.

Hey Mav’s: The Murphy PTO would like to invite you to WINTERFEST 2023 this Friday, January 20th from 6-8pm! Tickets are still available during your lunch periods this week for $10! The families that made a donation to the PTO will receive a free ticket. Your school ID will be required for admittance. Don’t miss out and get your tickets ASAP!

Tryouts for the 7th grade girls basketball team will be held on Wednesday, January 25th and Thursday, January 26th after school. Please stop by Mr. Parlier's room in the tech lab this Thursday or Friday after morning announcements for more information.

Hey Mav’s: The Toys for Tots pizza party and doughnut party has been rescheduled for this Friday 1/20. 

On Friday, Mr. Dudley's first period will receive doughnuts for donating the most gifts and our Toys for Tots pizza party will take place during periods 7-9. 

On Friday, Jan 20th students who were picked to serve as Murphy's elves for the day will be excused during periods 7-9 to attend the party.  These sudents should touch base with their teachers to complete any missing work and/or schedule a time to complete any assessments that may be given that day. 

The pizza party will take place this FRIDAY at the start of 7th period . Please report the multipurpose room at that time! Any questions, please see Ms. Gabehart.
