Hey students...don't forget! The Shop with a Cop tournament is TONIGHT! Last night at the Shop with a Cop basketball tournament, we had two close games. Traughber took on Drauden Point to come away with the win and Indian Trail took the lead to Timber Ridge and won by just one point! Tonight at 4:30, Heritage Grove takes on Thompson and then at 6:00, our Murphy Mavericks take on JFK. Ira Jones will play against the winner of the Murphy/JFK game at 7:30. Wish your 8th grade Maverick team good luck today! Let’s go Mavericks!
The Murphy 7th grade boys basketball team went to Bednarcik yesterday to open the season and brought back a big win by a final score of 35-14. Temi Lukula chipped in a bucket as well. The boys take on Plank this Thursday.
