Good Morning Mavericks! Today is Thursday, October 13th, 2022
What would you do if you were given $100,000? Would you spend it all at once? Would you think about putting some of it in the bank? Would you invest it in the stock market and watch it grow? Join the Stock Market Club and you will get $100,000 to invest in the stock market game. You and your team members will work to make the most money possible in 4 months. The stock Market game club starts on Monday October 17. Get a permission slip from your math teacher, in student services, or in the bulletin. Don’t miss out on this opportunity to invest $100,000 in the stock market game.
Students: Today’s SST focus is Second Step. Your classes will be working through SEL lessons provided by your teachers.

Food Drive Update!
Thank you to everyone who participated in this year’s Food Drive. Our community is so lucky to have such kind and caring families in support of them. Murphy will be donating an equivalent total of 8,607 items to the Kendall County Community Food Pantry. And now… the news you all have been waiting for! With an average of 90 items per student, this year’s top donating SST homeroom class is… MRS. CARI MILLER’S science class! Congratulations to Mrs. Miller and her class, and again, thank you, MAVS, for your support in this great cause!
Mavericks, You’re where you belong! Make us proud!
