Good Morning Mavericks! Today is Monday, August 22nd, 2022

Attention all 6th, 7th and 8th graders interested in running cross country this year: the first practice will be today, after school. Stop by Mrs. Vihnanek's room, F107, to pick up a schedule for the season. 

Attention 7th and 8th girls interested in trying out for volleyball, there is an optional open gym today after school.  Please change and meet in the gym by 3:20.  You must have a ride here at 5pm.  This is a chance to meet the coaches and find out more about tryouts and the volleyball season.  7th grade tryouts are Tuesday and Thursday this week and 8th grade tryouts are Wednesday and Thursday this week.  You must attend both dates.  You will not be eligible to try out if you did not already turn in a current sports physical and register on the 8to18 website.

Attention students! Schedule change requests are due to your counselor by Friday, August 26th. The only request that we are potentially able to accommodate is dropping an elective and replacing it with a study hall. You must have your parent/guardian's permission to do this. Remember, it is not a guarantee that we will be able to accommodate your request. 

Attention all students: This is a friendly reminder that you need to fit all your items in your locker. Please do not put things on the tops of the lockers, in your friends locker or in any other location in the building. This includes BACKPACKS, coats, books etc. Thank you for your cooperation! 

Friendly reminder for any 7th and 8th grade boy that is planning on trying out for soccer. If you have your physical turned in and are registered on 8to18, there is a friendly kick around today after school. Meet on the soccer field and make sure your ride is going to be here to pick you up no later than 4:40.

Attention all bus riders: When the bell rings at the end of the school day, please make sure you are only going to your locker and then straight to your bus. Please do not stop and chat with friends, hang out in the grass- etc. You must go directly to your bus. The bus will not wait and they will not come back if you miss it. Thank you!
