Cover your cough or sneeze with a tissue, then throw the tissue in the trash. Avoid touching your eyes, nose and mouth. Stay home when you are sick, except to get medical care. Wash your hands often with soap and water for at least 20 seconds. Following these simple steps will help us all stay healthier here at Murphy.

Hey Mavericks! Many of you have participated in the Say Something week here at Murphy and we are so happy at the amount of participation there was. Today while you are going to each of your short classes, look for someone who might look lonely, or upset and try to help lift them up! Whether you are just saying hi, or starting up conversation, it would make an impact on the entire school. Even if they don’t want to talk, at least they know you wanted to reach out to them and someone cares about them! Thank you again for your participation- and just remember, saying something once you see it no matter what CAN make a difference!
Make it a great day Mavericks!
