Mav’s: Last night the 7th grade basketball team came away with 2 wins against Traughber.  In the first game, the Mavericks played tough defense to hold the Panthers to only 1 second half point to pick up the 33 to 9 victory.  Cassie led the scoring with 16 points.  Ava added 10 and Sydney was good for 3.  Addison and Lauren contributed to the great defensive effort. In a low scoring second game, the Mavericks held on for a 8 to 2 victory.  Ella, Audrey, and Mia each scored during the game.
