Good Morning Mavericks! Today Thursday, December 12th, 2019

Mavericks: We have partnered with Soles4Souls to collect new and gently worn shoes. Clean out your closets to protect the environment and instead help create jobs and long-term solutions to poverty in developing nations around the globe. Bring your new or gently worn shoes to school and drop them off in the main office. We will be collecting until January 6th.

Attention Mavericks: Send your friends a sweet treat to celebrate the holiday season. Student Council members will be selling Candy Cane Grams for 50 cents during all lunch periods. Grams will be sold all week and delivered on Wednesday, 12/18 during homeroom. Enjoy!

Attention all Mavericks that have 4th period lunch! Ask your homeroom teacher to sign-up for this Friday's cookie decorating Maverick Meet and Eat with Mrs. Clausen, Ms. Rerych (Rare-ick), and Mrs. Sanborn! Can't wait to see you there!

Have you lost something? If so, come check out the lost and found outside of the Student Services office. There are many items looking for their owner. All unclaimed items will be donated next Friday after school.

Attention Ukulele Club! Our final club meeting has been MOVED. We are now meeting Monday, December 16 after school until 4:15. Don't forget to bring your snack to share and a drink for our pizza party! See you then!

Attention 6th and 7th graders: Elective selection must be complete in TylerSIS by 8 am tomorrow, Friday, December 13th. Remember, you MUST select enough electives to fill two class periods each semester.

Hey Mavericks! Do you have 5th period lunch? Would you like to play some "old school" board games or Nerf ping-pong? Then you should ask your homeroom teacher to sign you up for next Wednesday's Meet & Eat with Mrs. Lester, Mr. Shields, and Mr. Zaininger. Leave those phones alone and have some "old school" fun!

Gym Games! Concessions! Inflatable Obstacle Course! Glitter Tattoos! A DJ!  Mavapalooza is coming Tuesday, December 17th from 3:30 - 5:00! If you met the goals for attending Mavapalooza, look for your ticket 9th period this Friday.
