Mavericks: It's not too late to join Murphy’s STEM Club!  We have lots of fun things planned and we'd love you to join us!  STEM Club meets on Tuesdays in Mrs. Ramsbottom's room, F228, from 3:15-4:15 pm.  See Mrs. Ramsbottom for details or pick up a flyer in Student Services. 

Mav Makers Club is an extra-curricular activity dedicated to promoting visual art at Murphy Junior High School. It is offered to all students in the 6th, 7th, and 8th grade classes and meets throughout the entire year. Students who attend the club will experience the many forms and techniques of art. During club meetings, student artists will have an opportunity to use the art room to work on independent projects made using personal materials as well as materials purchased using the club fees. It is also a great opportunity to meet other students who share an appreciation for the arts. Makers Club will serve as a place to discuss, create, and critique art in all of its forms. The first meeting is tomorrow in the art room from 3:15-4:15.  Please have your rides on time.

The MmmMaverick Tasty Treat Cooking Club will be starting soon. Please see Ms. Calvillo in E103 for a permission slip. They are due Monday, September 16th. 

Student Council Members: Remember that there is a meeting before school tomorrow at 7:45 in Ms. Buckley's room D101.
