Attention 6th and 7th graders: the elective selection window is now open on Home Access for you to input your electives for the 2019-2020 school year. Remember to select electives to fill two class periods for each semester. 6th grade input your choices by today. 7th grade input your choices by tomorrow. See Mr. Falli or Mrs. Zawacki if you have any questions.

 Calling all Muralists: Due to the huge demand for murals around the building, the Murphy Mural Club is back and looking for participants.  Teachers, counselors, students - yes, even, students have been sharing suggestions for our next projects.  Are you up for the challenge of coloring the walls here at Murphy? The Maverick Art Club will meet on Tuesdays and/or Thursdays after school until 4:30 PM - starting THIS Thursday, January 24th. All students must have signed permission slip turned in prior to attending. See Ms. Cryder for handout and calendar.

Attention Mavericks: Murphy Junior High School in conjunction with The Rotary Club announces the annual “Coats for Kendall” winter clothing drive. Please bring in any gently used coats, scarves, hats, gloves or mittens.  All collected items will be donated to local charities to ensure those in need in our local community have warm winter gear as the weather turns colder. A collection box is located in the main office. Mavericks please show you care by donating to those in need.
