Good Morning Mavericks! Today is Wednesday, January 9th, 2019

Reminder to any student that is interested in participating in a soccer intramural to get your signed paperwork in to Ms. Kerr. We start next week. If interested, see Ms. Kerr or get the papers from outside her office as soon as possible.

Attention Mavericks: Murphy Junior High School in conjunction with The Rotary Club announces the annual “Coats for Kendall” winter clothing drive. Please bring in any gently used coats, scarves, hats, gloves or mittens.  All collected items will be donated to local charities to ensure those in need in our local community have warm winter gear as the weather turns colder. A collection box is located in the main office. Mavericks please show you care by donating to those in need.

Attention all students interested in participating in a floor hockey intramural: Starting next Tuesday Mr. Shields will be having floor hockey after school until 5pm. For more information please look outside Mr. Shields’ office door.

Attention all 8th grade students traveling to Washington DC this spring:  There will be a meeting in the MPR TODAY after the pledge.  It is important that you come get information about rooming and busses.

Attention Student Council: We will be moving our monthly Thursday meeting to next Thursday, 1/17. We hope to see you all then!
