Good Morning Mavericks! Today is Friday, December 7th, 2018 

How loud can you cheer? How much noise can you make?  Come on out tonight and prove it!  Are you ready to rumble - tonight's the night!  An exciting evening of great basketball, raffle prizes, food and fun starts in just a few hours!  Join your Maverick friends and family in cheering on our boys’ basketball team against our 127th street rivals, the Heritage Grove Huskies TONIGHT!  $3 entrance fee to see the 7th grade game at 5:30 and the 8th grade game at 7:00. There will be raffle prizes awarded throughout the evening along with a split the pot raffle give away at halftime.  All proceeds go to our Shop with a Cop charity.  Come to Murphy TONIGHT win a prize, enjoy concessions, and cheer our teams to victory!

Attention 8th graders:  Oswego East counselors will be at Murphy on December 18th for one on one course verification meetings with all 8th graders. If you did not select your electives for High School on Home Access, the window closed on December 3rd. You will need to be prepared with your elective selections for this meeting with your high school counselor.

Hey Mavericks!  Today is the last day to sign up for auditions for the musical.  If you want to sign up, make sure to stop by the music department and get your name on the audition sign up!  All paperwork will be taken away at the end of the day so if you are interested in applying for crew, this is your last day to take an application.  We are hoping to see lots of you involved so take your last opportunity to get the information.  Talk to Mrs. Tysiak or Ms. Clausen with questions.

Today is Locker Clean out! 1st Floor F- pod after the announcements, students should use the large trash cans in the pod for any trash and take a few minutes to organize their lockers.
