How to Access the Employee Self-Service (ESS) portal on Infinite Visions (IV)

First Time Users Log in Directions:

• First Time Users: Copy this link; http://link/ess or use the link on the Employee Intranet under the Finance tab > iVisions Information
• Login using your email usemame without "sd308.org". o   Example usemame; First initial last name: ctyler

o    First Time Password: Password (use a zero for the "O"). You will then be prompted to change your password.

• Enter/verify information for authentication, and then click the "Link" button.
• You will then be able to view your personal
• After your initial login, you may login by going directly to this website ESS Portal

Once you are logged in, you should see at least three headings at the top: Home, Self Service, and Tax Information. Congrats! You are all set and now able to login!

What will this do for me?

• View and print out your direct deposit receipts or pay stubs for current and past pay periods beginning with January 15, 2020.
• Use the Pay Check Calculator feature for planning purposes.
• View your W-4 information and submit changes as needed.
• View your leave balances and
• View/change your contact and emergency contact information.
