*IMPORTANT*

All employees must take action during Open Enrollment, which runs Monday, November 1st-November 19th.
Your benefits will end December 31, 2021, if you do not enroll during Open Enrollment.

You will need the birth date and social security number for any dependents and beneficiaries that will be entered.

Instructions

1. Please use this link to iVisions ESS Web Portal to complete the Open Enrollment https://ivisionsess.tylerhost.net/oswegoess/
2. Click the Login button in the top right corner and enter your username (it is the same as your email username without ‘sd308.org)
3. You may be asked to provide a code. The code will be emailed to your district email address. Enter the code. Once you are in click Benefits and then HR Benefits Enroll and follow the instructions.
4. The Open Enrollment process will allow you to confirm your personal and emergency contact information, enter dependents for coverage and designate beneficiaries for life insurance, and elect your benefits coverage for the 2022 calendar year.

We are using the new Infinite Visions ESS platform for Open Enrollment. This will require everyone to complete the enrollment process!
