    District 308 offers employees the opportunity to contribute to a 403(b) Plan or a 457(b) Plan, or both.

    If you recently set up an account with a representative of a participating service provider, or wish to change your existing contribution, please complete the Salary Reduction Agreement. This form must be submitted to Human Resources/Payroll in order to begin deductions from your paycheck.
