To make changes to federal and/or state tax withholding, please complete the forms linked below and submit them to Human Resources/Payroll.

 

Changes should be submitted at least two weeks prior to the desired effective date, but school-term employees cannot change tax withholding during the months of June, July, and August as summer paychecks are run early.
