District 308 offers basic life insurance, as well as accidental death and dismemberment (AD&D) insurance, which is employer paid. 

The district offers Life and AD&D insurance coverage through Dearborn National. The coverage amount is equal to one times annual base salary up to $50,000. This coverage is provided to employees at no cost. If you need to update your beneficiary information, please contact the HR Benefits Coordinator so you can get access to the Benefits ESS portal to make a change.
