Starting December 1, 2022, employees enrolled in SD308s HMO, BCO/ PPO or HCA/PPO plans will also automatically be enrolled in First Stop Health, a telemedicine and virtual counseling healthcare service. Both services are provided to medical-enrolled employees and their immediate family members for FREE!

  All FSH doctors and counselors are U.S.-based and licensed to practice in the state from which you are calling.

• Patient Dashboard
  All features mentioned about our mobile app above are also available via your secure, patient dashboard which is accessible via our website: https://app.fshealth.com. Use your SSN to login!

• Family Members Included
  Your immediate family members (e.g., spouse, parent, child, etc.) can be included on your plan, they do not need to be enrolled on the medical plan with you. Like you, your family members can use FSH as often as they need. So be sure to add them to the benefit via the mobile app, patient dashboard or over the phone!

• Mobile App
  First Stop Health’s mobile app is available to download from the App Store or Google Play store. Click here to request visits in seconds. Your telemedicine visits with FSH physicians are recorded and available on our secure mobile app. In addition, you can create and store records for you and your family members. Have everything at your fingertips so you can send records to doctors, ensuring continuity of care. Use your SSN to login!

IMPORTANT

Employees and applicable dependents using First Stop Health are only eligible if also currently enrolled in one of the district’s medical insurance plans, i.e. HMO Blue Advantage, Blue Choice Options PPO, HCA PPO. Eligibility begins and ends when your medical coverage starts and ends.
